Where To Find Us.

All our coffee is roasted in store. This means freshness like you have never experienced before. Our little red roaster is  large enough to provide us with a reliable supply of great coffee and small enough to give us precise control so that every roast is consistent. Green beans are pre blended and added to the chrome hopper. The roaster is fired up and after half an hour or so we are ready to start. Step 1: Providing accurate temperature control, the roaster lets us know that the time is right and in go the green beans. The drum    mixes the blend to ensure that the roasting process produces even results. We slow roast all our coffees so as to bring out the sweet buttery and caramel flavour that only this  technique  is capable of.

Step 3: the beans are on the verge of second crack and the time has arrived to release them into the cooling chamber. This cools the beans by sucking cool air passed them as they are moved round the lower red drum. Soon them are ready to be bagged up, stored for aging or used

Nothing beats this experience, the knowledge that the hand picked, hand sorted and graded green beans have bean treated with the respect that they deserve. Now its time to savour the results. For the true coffee lover we offer an extreme experience; a slow pulled 30g Ristretto shot is hard to beat. It flows from our naked portafilter like slow running honey and tastes just as sweet. This sweetness is a shock to some but it is a wonderful example of taste taken to a new level.
